Shipping & Return Policy

1 - What are your shipping options and delivery times?

- Orders ship Monday to Friday

- Orders will arrive in 30 days EST Mon-Fri. We do not offer this on weekends.

- We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping.

- Shipping Methods: We utilize the services of USPS, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, and DPEX for our shipments.

- Shipping Timeframes:

  • For USA orders, standard shipping takes approximately 10-15 business days, while expedited shipping arrives within 8-10 business days, both counted after the order has been dispatched.
  • For orders to other countries, the estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days, also counted after dispatch.

- Order Processing Time: We strive to process and prepare your order with care. Normal orders require approximately 10 business days for processing, while rush orders will be processed within 5-6 business days.

Tracking Information: We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can track your package's journey on the respective service provider's website.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is free for all destinations. If you prefer expedited shipping, there will be an additional charge of $25.

- Additional Policies: Please note that our shipping costs do not cover any customs duties or regional taxes that may be applicable in your country. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any such fees. However, all our shipments include insurance for added protection.

 

2 - How do I track my order?

-  Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. If not received then please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes. 

If you cannot find your order shipment confirmation email you can track your order by Track Your Order .

3 - What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

- We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care Team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

4 - Will Elista Jewels ship products to locations outside of the India?

- Elista Jewels will ship products within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).Unfortunately, we do not deliver to American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.

RETURN :

1 - What is Elista Jewels return policy?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items that are unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Damaged/defective items can only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Last chance or Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Elista Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

EXCEPTION: Purchases using PayPal will be issued a gift card if returned in-store. 

Returns by mail:
a. Fill out the return form provided in the original package and indicate the item number, quantity, and reason code.
b. Place merchandise and return form in the package.
c. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and secure package for mailing.
d. Drop off package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet or UPS Customer Center. You will NOT be charged for return shipping.
e. If you choose to use your own preferred method of shipping, use one that can be tracked and insured. Elista Jewels cannot reimburse the cost of shipping using this method. Address for returns should be mailed to: elistajewel@gmail.com
f. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment (excludes original shipping cost)
g.You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
h. If you cannot locate the return form or prepaid label, please contact Contact Us Email :elistajewel@gmail.com for further assistance.

Returns to a Elista Jewels :

b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to return to the Elista Jewel.
c. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.

2 - What is Elista Jewels exchange policy?

-0 Items in their unused and original condition purchased from Elista Jewels US Online Store can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase in one of our store locations.  Elista Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.  Promotions, clearances, or sales may have modified terms and conditions. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept exchanges by mail. 

Exchange in store:

b. Bring original packing slip or email invoice along with merchandise you wish to exchange to the Elista Jewels Contact Us Email :elistajewel@gmail.com
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

For Store Closures please see below how to handle exchanges: 
a. Return original item via the enclosed return label and return form.
b. Go onto our website and select new size/style and purchase.
c. Your original shipping cost is not considered for exchange and is not refundable.

3 - How much time do returns take to be processed?

-Returns by mail:

Due to additional quarantine measures around return shipments, please allow up to 10 business days, from the receipt of your return package, to process your returns. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your original payment method.
 

Returns in a Elista store:
Returns will be processed to the original form of payment and will take up to 5 business days for the credit to be applied. Any Afterpay refunds will be handled through your Afterpay portal, for any questions on your Afterpay refunds please contact Afterpay directly. 

4 - What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

- We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

5 - Can a gift recipient return Elista Jewelry?

Gift recipients may return or exchange merchandise to a Elista Jewels store, item must be accompanied by a gift receipt. If merchandise is returned by mail a credit will be issued to the original payment method and purchaser.
