Refund policy
Overview
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the Elista Jewels US Online Store (www.elistajewels.com). It applies to customers in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied — whether the item did not meet your expectations, you changed your mind, or the product arrived damaged or defective — you may return or exchange eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined below.
1. Return Policy
You may return items that are unused and in their original condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund to your original payment method. This includes instances where you simply changed your mind about a purchase. Please note the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Damaged or defective items may only be returned by mail and cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Last Chance and Clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Elista Jewels Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• There are no restocking fees for eligible returns.
Returns by Mail
To return an item by mail, please follow these steps:
a. Complete the return form included in your original package, indicating the item number, quantity, and reason for return.
b. Place the merchandise along with the completed return form inside the package.
c. Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and ensure it is securely sealed for transit.
d. Drop off the package at your nearest UPS Store, UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet, or UPS Customer Centre. You will not be charged for return shipping when using the prepaid label.
e. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please select a trackable and insured service. Elista Jewels cannot reimburse shipping costs incurred through third-party carriers. Please send returns to the address provided on your return form, or contact us at elistajewel@gmail.com for details.
f. All eligible returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping cost.
g. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 3 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your payment method.
h. If you are unable to locate your return form or prepaid label, please contact our Customer Care Team at elistajewel@gmail.com for assistance.
Returns to an Elista Jewels Store
a. Contact our Customer Care Team at elistajewel@gmail.com to initiate your return.
b. Bring your original packing slip or email invoice along with the merchandise you wish to return to your nearest Elista Jewels store.
c. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
2. Exchange Policy
Items purchased from the Elista Jewels US Online Store that are unused and in their original condition may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase at one of our store locations within the United States. Please note the following:
• Elista Jewels Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are non-exchangeable.
• Promotional, clearance, and sale items may be subject to modified terms and conditions.
• We are unable to accept exchanges by mail.
Exchanges In-Store

b. Bring your original packing slip or email invoice along with the merchandise you wish to exchange to your nearest Elista Jewels store.
c. Original shipping costs are not applicable toward the exchange and are non-refundable.
Exchanges During Store Closures
In the event of a store closure, please follow these steps to process your exchange:
a. Return the original item using the enclosed prepaid return label and return form.
b. Visit our website and place a new order for the desired size or style.
c. Original shipping costs are not applicable toward the exchange and are non-refundable.
3. Refund Processing Times
Returns by Mail
Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your return package for processing. Additional processing time may be required due to quarantine measures on return shipments.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method.
Returns In-Store
In-store returns will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Afterpay Refunds: Refunds for purchases made through Afterpay will be handled via your Afterpay portal. For any questions regarding Afterpay refunds, please contact Afterpay directly.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience if you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order. Should this occur, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Please have your order number and a description of the issue ready when reaching out to us at elistajewel@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
5. Gift Returns
Gift recipients may return or exchange merchandise at any Elista Jewels store location within the United States, provided the item is accompanied by a gift receipt.
If a gift is returned by mail, the credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
