Shipping policy

1. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is up to 30 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors outside our control.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please note: Tracking information will not be available until your order has been fully processed and dispatched. During periods of high order volume, there may be additional processing and shipping delays.

If you are unable to locate your shipment confirmation email, you may track your order directly through our Track Your Order page on our website.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused if you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order. Should this occur, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

To expedite the resolution process, please have your order number and a description of the issue ready when contacting us.

4. International Shipping

Elista Jewels currently ships to the following locations within the United States:

       All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii

       Puerto Rico

We do not currently deliver to: American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.
